'Hunt Athalar'

Alright, full disclosure- even the people running our site have people to report to. And sometimes those people give us some super helpful suggestions about what kinds of content we should consider posting to our site to draw more people in. Recently we were provided with some of the top Google searches in relation to our fandom. Most of them are what you'd expect- Feyre, Lucien, Tamlin, the likes. And of course: 'Hunt Athalar'.

Now listen- I love me some SJM men, but I'm going to be so real with you, you almost got a super comprehensive look at Hunt. Calla and Enza are massive knowledge banks on all things Crescent City. Me? I'm a casual enjoyer. So unfortunately you're just gonna have to deal with me ogling over how pretty Hunt Athalar is for an article. Oh nooooooo ;-)

Hunt Athalar, Ready for Battle!

Fan Artists are a blessing to this world and no one can change my mind.

Hunt Athalar At Full Power

Fan Art! We love Fan artists. They can take an author's words and turn it into something super tangible. I'm always impressed at the level of detail that goes into some fan art. I mean seriously. They'll be able to remember three-word details of a character and depict them perfectly. Such is the case with this piece of art of Hunt, ready for battle. Everything, down to every little mark and tattoo, is here. Plus look at those wings. I can't wait for the day that we see more angels around our site.

Hunt Athalar's Soul

Ok but can we talk about this piece? Because you can see the calm in the storm here. I love a winged boy at the best of times, do not get me wrong, but there's something so compelling about getting to see past the fury of a battle and into the heart of the warrior. Some people might disagree, but that's what I see in this piece. Also can we talk about all the takes on the uniform? Hot. I'm not usually one for uniforms but this one gets a big ole pass from me.

Hunt Athalar At Ease

Debatably hotter tbh

Hunt Athalar At Rest

One of the most compelling parts of Crescent City, for me, is that you're taking all of these super fantastical creatures and plunking them into a world that greatly resembles the one we're familiar with. For some people that's what drives them away, but for me personally I think that's incredibly cool. It also means that we get to see characters like Hunt be attractive in a sense that's more conventional to the modern reader- like this. I can't be the only one who finds this attractive (mostly because it feels more attainable

Crossover!

SJM men... swoon. From Rhys to Rowan and now to Hunt (who is the odd man out name-wise as far as leading men- perhaps signs are pointing to more Ruhn content?/j) Mrs. Maas is out here giving us the goods when it comes to boys. What's better than art of one SJM leading man? Art of all three! And lucky for you, I have got the goods to provide. And look at Hunt Athalar here! He's giving off all of the best vibes. That smile alone sets him apart. Of course we love all three men, but... I'm a bit obsessed with Hunt here (which is saying something from a die-hard Rhysand simp).

So pretty, isn't he? Let me know your thoughts in the comments. Our boy deserves the fan treatment!
