Otters. Cute little creatures, aren't they? What do people think when they look upon these adorable otters? They probably put their palms over their mouth and let out a little "awwww". Me? What do I think? I think about how I cried every single night. How I would wake up at four in the morning, reaching out at the empty space next to me. I think about how I would pull the top of my hoodie down in the bus, trying to stop the nerve-wrecking sobs from leaving my mouth. Because the thing is, sometimes I wish I never met the boy who loved otters. I wish he had loved his life as much as he loved the adorable creatures. Otters. It's funny how they could make me feel like I would never be happy again.

There are some things so beautiful they hurt, and things so loved and cherished one would do most anything to see them. Stardust is one of these things, an item of ethereal quality, that it seems so pure, that she wanted to just pick it up and hold it. There are some things so powerful as to not be used, and this was one of them, though it made up everything and anything around them. She remembered she was made of stardust, and turned slowly. Quietly uttered the words, "I love you more than stardust."
